So ... what is art?

That's an interesting question. I have my own personal answer to that question, and you can read it here.

The definition of energy art states that any thing that derives from a vision, honestly created, is a work of energy art.

The difference between "normal" energy art and Art Solutions is that in Art Solutions, the energy artist "steers" the vision with a question, a query to the energy mind, or a "set up" which may contain many components.

All energy art is based on a vision, an original transmission from the energy mind in the first place.

The artist then translates the vision into the art modality of their choice.

They are guided throughout this process ...
